TERMS OF USE
Rules for using pay-pig.uk.
These terms explain who may use the platform, what members may publish and how accounts, messages, gifts and platform access are handled.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, logging in or using pay-pig.uk, you agree to follow these terms and the Data policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the platform.
pay-pig.uk is a dating and social discovery platform for people interested in pay pig, findom, finsub and related financial domination connections. The platform provides profiles, member search, communication tools, favourites, gifting features, wishlists and customer help.
2. Member eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under the law that applies where you live. You must provide accurate registration details and may not create an account for another person without their clear permission.
You may not use the platform where local law prohibits the activity. You are responsible for understanding any rules that apply to you, including rules connected to online communication, gifts, payments and in-person meetings.
3. Your account
Keep your login details confidential and use a password that is not shared with another service. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly tell us that someone else has gained access.
One person may not operate multiple accounts to mislead members, inflate attention or avoid a restriction. We may ask for reasonable checks when account ownership or authenticity is unclear.
4. Profiles and member content
Your profile must describe you honestly. Do not use another person’s name, photographs, biography or identity. Do not claim an age, location, profession, income or experience that is materially false.
You keep ownership of material you upload. You give pay-pig.uk permission to store, process and display that material as needed to operate your profile and platform features. This permission ends when the material is deleted, except where retention is needed for technical, legal or dispute purposes.
Do not publish passwords, banking logins, complete card details, security codes, passport numbers or other data that could enable account access or identity misuse.
5. Member conduct
Financial domination can involve money, gifts, tribute, control, instruction and roleplay. Every member remains responsible for their own decisions. No profile, message or role gives another person unlimited authority.
Harassment, threats, blackmail, stalking, impersonation, fraud, unauthorised account access, doxxing and unlawful content are prohibited. Do not continue contacting a person who has clearly ended communication. Do not pressure another member to reveal login credentials, financial access details or identity documents.
Roleplay does not excuse unlawful conduct. Words used inside a dynamic do not remove either member’s ability to stop an interaction.
6. Messages, chat and member interaction
Private messages and chat tools exist to help members communicate. Do not use them to send spam, malware, commercial advertising unrelated to the platform or repeated copied messages designed to overwhelm other members.
You are responsible for deciding whether another member is compatible. pay-pig.uk does not guarantee that a profile, statement, photo, financial claim or promise is accurate merely because it appears on the platform.
7. Gifts, wishlists and money
Members may use gifting and wishlist features where available. A gift or tribute is a decision made by the sender. Read the amount and recipient details before confirming anything through the membership system.
pay-pig.uk does not guarantee a relationship, reply, meeting, image, message or continuing interaction in return for a gift. Unless the member system expressly states otherwise, gifts between members are not purchases from pay-pig.uk.
Never give another member direct access to your bank, payment account, email account or device. If a feature involves a third-party payment provider, that provider may apply separate terms.
8. Paid features
The core registration experience may be free while selected tools require payment. The membership system will show the price, billing period and included features before purchase. Any cancellation or refund terms displayed at checkout form part of these terms.
9. Platform action
We may remove content, limit features, pause an account or close an account when we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, platform integrity is at risk or action is required by law. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent closure.
Members can contact support@pay-pig.uk when they believe an account decision was made in error. Include the account email and enough context for the team to review the decision.
10. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove platform features as the service develops. Temporary interruption may occur during maintenance, technical incidents or provider outages. We do not promise that every feature will always be available in every country or on every device.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pay-pig.uk is not responsible for losses caused by another member’s independent actions, statements or failure to act. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Use judgement before meeting someone, sending a gift or moving a conversation away from the platform. You remain responsible for your own financial and relationship decisions.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@pay-pig.uk. Include “Terms” in the subject line.
